At ArtsCase Essentials, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our return policy below.
1. General Return Policy
- Return Window: You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order number is required for all returns.
2. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Email our support team at support@artscase.com with your Order Number and reason for return.
- RMA Number: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please write this clearly on the outside of your package.
- Ship Your Item: Mail your product to our returns center at the address below:

3. Refunds & Processing
- Inspection: Once received, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Restocking Fee: Items returned due to customer preference (remorse) are subject to a fixed $5.00 USD restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
4. Shipping Costs
- Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs for non-defective items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Defective/Wrong Items: If the return is due to our error (defective or wrong item sent), ArtsCase will provide a prepaid return label.
