Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in Miami, Florida.
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
- Business Hours: Our fulfillment center operates Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST), excluding public holidays.
- Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will begin processing on the next business day.

International Orders: Taxes, Duties, and Customs
For customers outside of the United States, please be aware of the following:
- Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU): All international orders are shipped DDU. This means Arts Products LLC does not collect VAT, duties, or local taxes at the time of purchase.
- Recipient's Responsibility: You, the recipient, are responsible for all import duties, customs fees, and local taxes required by your country's customs office.
- Payment at Delivery: These fees are typically collected by the shipping carrier before delivery.
Shipping Restrictions
- Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is complete (including Apt/Suite numbers). We are not responsible for orders returned due to incorrect addresses.
- P.O. Boxes: We recommend using a physical street address for faster delivery, although some USPS services may deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
