Order Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of Unshipped Orders We understand that plans change. You may request to cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it has been shipped. To cancel, please contact us immediately at support@artscase.com with your order number.

  • If the order has not yet been processed by our warehouse, we will cancel it and issue a full refund immediately.
  • If the order has already been handed to the shipping carrier, it cannot be cancelled. In this case, you will need to follow our Return Policy once you receive the package.

Subscriptions Currently, ArtsCase Essentials does not offer recurring subscription services. All purchases are one-time transactions.
